Pelvic Health-sessions typically £80 each
Full treatments involves 6-12, 30 minute sessions on the pelvic health chair, or the Winback treatment- once or twice a week. During which time you will have our full support to help you stay focused and implement the advice to support long lasting pelvic health, including weight management, eating and drinking for a healthy bladder and bowel and hypopressive exercise.
